Returns/Refunds

As each product is customized for the purchaser, there will be no returns allowed. Refunds will be offered if (and only if) the customer presents evidence of defective product within 3 days of receipt of product from the customer. If packaging is damaged in shipping, it must be noted at the time of delivery, or it will be assumed damage occurred while in your possession.
